Return & Refund Policy

At Furcurlz, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.

If you decide to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received. Items that are customized or considered intimate may not qualify for returns due to hygiene or personalization concerns.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We’re unable to process returns or exchanges after this window has passed.

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required to process your return, and any packages without it may be delayed or declined.

After your return has been received and reviewed, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be issued to your original form of payment within a reasonable time. Please note that the final refund amount may be adjusted to account for restocking fees, return shipping, or applicable taxes.

If you’re expecting a refund but haven’t seen it yet, we recommend checking your account or contacting your bank or card provider. If you’ve done that and still need help, our customer service team is here to assist.

Sale items can typically be returned, though any refund will be based on the discounted amount you paid at checkout.

If you’d like to exchange an item—for example, if the size or color isn’t quite right—please reach out to our team. We’ll walk you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges such as price differences or shipping fees may apply.

To return a product, first obtain an RA number by contacting our team. Then pack your item securely, ideally in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover inspection and repackaging costs. If this applies to your item, we’ll inform you when you initiate the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return costs and ensure a prompt resolution.
